    Shug I like that setup especially the jacket foot quilt. Quick somebody convince Dutch to make a clip kit to make any jacket or vest into a quilt

    I might have to go back and study "venting" but I feel in cooler weather you could be in a position where you are hot with the quilt snug and cold with it vented.

    Some insight on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Insight coming.......You can slide it up towards your head and create a gap. Cools you down and still some warmth. Or just push it off to the side and pull it back when needed.

    ah.. I always imagined venting meaning lowering the quilt to allow air to pass through.
