It is located just before you get to the Cresent Valley site where the Hoosier Hang was . The valley itself is over grown with tall grass. This is a nice site at the fork in the creek. Follow Mule's trail toward Cresent Valley. You can't miss it.

    See you all there.
Hello folks, could you please direct me to the right location. I am new. Is this the map I should use? https://maps.google.com/maps?q=deam+...ed=0CAgQ_AUoAg

    NO! Not Deam Lake.

They are headed to the Charles C. Deam Wilderness area in the HNF outside of Bloomington, IN.

I think they were headed to the first campsite going counterclockwise on Sycamore Trail...http://www.fs.usda.gov/Internet/FSE_...ev3_017286.pdf

That's currently the closed section of the southern terminus of the Knobstone Trail.

    I like your thinking though

    I want to go there
This place you say your lookin' for
It might have washed out with the rain
    Might not be there anymore
    Might not be the same

Thank you for the information. It's great to know. I figured it would be too late to go and set up everything before dark. So we didn't go to Deam Lake either. Can't wait to meet everyone! Hope next time will come sooner.
