    Motorcycle Camper in Michigan

    Hey all!

A buddy of mine has been going on and on about the virtues of hammock camping for years so when I saw that woot had a deal going for a hammock with bug net for only $25 I figured I'd give it a shot.

It came in today and here it is setup in my backyard:

I'll use tie down straps for my suspension since I have those with me on the bike anyway:

    I guess I'm a hammock guy now:

Ah you have my sympathy. Nothing better for a mental health day than a ride to a good hang camp.

When I was a kid the only time we were in the house was to eat and sleep.

Its spreading, motorcycle camping sounds like a lot of fun. Just got mine where I can depend on it. Like to join you guys some time...

Just watch out with those tie down straps, they are not strictly safe for hanging as they cannot be locked down, may be a cause for slippage in the night when the temps drop.
