HH backpacker asym, back hill. It's a tad cooler out there, and I'm trying to figure out what to do with my Gossamer Gear wide pad. So far, I've trimmed 3 inches off the long side.

Behind the RV at the camp in Maine. Temps in the low 50's tonight sounds like heaven to me after the last week.
Most of us end up poorer here but richer for being here. Olddog, Fulltime hammocker, 365 nights a year.

    Where are you sleeping tonight?

Another night in the backyard. My wife said there's supposed to be 25 mph winds tonight, this ought to be interesting.

On my couch, about to watch some supposedly scary movie ("Mama"?). Wish me luck.
Red River Gorge overnighter planned for Monday night, though, so it's all good.

I heard mama was good. I like Guillermo Del Toro. Anyways. Bed for me. Itching to test out my new DIY taffeta though...
I may be dumb, but at least I'm ugly!

I've done so much, with so little, for so long, now I can do anything with nothing.

It's not peer pressure, it's just your turn.

LOL Just tell her they are investments, also you aren't married yet so if she doesn't like it tell her you will trade for a model that does.

Front Yard for the last 4 nites, and this morning it dropped all the way down to 50 degrees for a new Low Temp for July ever in southern Indiana..wooohooo! I woke up this morning with a sweaty back using my 40 degree TQ and a 50 degree breeze TE WA UQ that has a extra oz of down in it on the RR for a perfect fit quilt as its the most narrow made quilt I can find as it works like a charm and I am a cold sleeper. This cold front is awesome as we cooked out yesterday,,front quarter of deer, and pot of ham and beans over the fire, and had a nice campfire last nite as well. Couldn't ask for better weather for July as it should be 90 with high humidity and we are only expecting to get in the mid 70's today. I love this weather and breeze we had last nite.

Just woke up after my second night in the back yard. I'm testing out the new hammock stand and underquilt.
