Well I came home to my super fly and wow. It is way nicer than I thought and I thought it was great before. I'm thinking I may have to hang if tonight before I go to bed lol. I can't get over how light and easy to work with it is.

What line/hardware are you using?
I am waiting on my SF and want to be ready to hang it when it arrives?
Any pics?
thanks

For my Ridge line I got two of the aluminum figure 9s for fast setup and use 550 cord because I have thousands of feet of it lol. For the 8 tie outs I got the plastic figure 9s that come with 8 foot sections of reflective cord. It's very light and very fast to setup and adjust from one mode to another. I spent 6 hours under my sf in a massive rain storm and was the only one who stayed dry. I was also the only hanger lol. I set my hammock up first then I put my tarp in the hammock still in its stuff sack. I pack it so the two metal rings for its suspension are sticking out. Then I run all my lines and just pull them tight and the tarp pulls out Sof the stuff sack and deploys.

So how long was your wait time? Base on this thread, it's like 4 days. While another person wait time was 3 weeks. I am thinking of getting one myself.
I emailed a couple vendors about their wait time because I had a big trip with projected bad weather. Brandon returned my email within like an hour on a Monday saying they could meet the deadline I had without my asking him too. I knew then that was who I would be doing business with. It shipped that Wednesday.

How durable are nicer tarps like the superfly? I mean with small branches, (not limbs) pine cones, acorns, etc falling out of trees I'm afraid that I'm going to get holes in my expensive tarp if I get one. I can buy a lot of blue tarps for the price of one superfly. Am I worried about nothing? Sure would make me feel better to hear from you guys regarding durability
Well it took all the wind and storms fine and smaller things falling out of the tree onto it. It seems very durable and can be pulled tight with no worries. If I had it to do over I would buy this tarp again.
