    De-baffling DIY baffles

I must admit that it took me a good bit of time reading thread after thread that contained DIY quilt instructions before the light bulb clicked on--my "aha moment"--that I finally understood how a baffle was made. That was over a year ago. And I hate to admit that because I have been around a thread injector for nearly 20 years. But what about those folks that aren't as familiar with injectors and want to jump in head first on a project that has baffles? Like, a quilt, vest or jacket.

So, I put together a tutorial that I hope explains baffles such that even someone with little DIY experience could use and walk away with the confidence to create something that will keep them warm. I hope it serves that purpose.

Don't worry, you were not alone in being confused by baffles. It blew my mind for awhile how to sew them to both layers. It's hard to wrap your mind around at first. Handling and pinning all that material can be a pain as well
