Wilderness Logics and DIY Gear Supply are two of my choices.

WL & DIY Gear are good choices, but I like that UGQ just started selling the down they use...including their DWR down. "Now available for the DIY crowd our 850+FP GGD manufactured by a leading down supplier for the outdoor retail industry. Available in your choice of Untreated or DWR Treated flavors for your needs. Sold in 3 oz increments either in a Bulk 3 oz (85g) package or Metered to your exact packaging needs accurate to the gram. Examples of Metered packaging would be 9 oz at (9) 1 oz package size or 12 oz at (4) @ 18g (4) @ 20g (4) @ 22g (4) @ 25g. Metered down takes the hassle of out filling your DIY project. Each metered package is marked with down content for easy filling at home, just cut it open and empty into your project." http://www.undergroundquilts.com/acc...s/default.html

    Thru-Hiker.com also sells it.

Wilderness logics is the best price I've found.

According to Paul's blurb, UGQ is offering their down in any size amount you ask for, same price.

The idea of the static free bags from wilderness logics is also a huge plus. My experience with down has been nothing but a static-induced mess!

Its hard enough stuffing something with down I couldn't imagine doing it with staticy bags. I bought mine from wilderness logics and was very pleased

I used bulk down on my quilts that I repackaged into ziplock bags to portion out. Let's just say, it will be worth spending slightly more to get them preportioned into anti-static bags the next time.

I was coughing up little bits of down for a couple days afterwards. Luckily no permanent damage done.
