I had the same issue last night and today. I just deleted my bookmark on the phone and reset it. No more problems.

    Re: Web page not available?

These have been a recurring issue with the hosting of this site. I've grown accustomed to being unable to access it 3-4 days per week, but hopefully they are still looking into a resolution.

Interesting. I have only had the issue once in over two years, and that was for 5 minutes. Are you switching browsers often?

Sounds like something on your end or your ISP.

I've had access problems after the shut down, but they are in my browser. Cleared my cache, but it persisted. However, if I access hammockforums.net/forum/? I get right in.
The only problem I've ever had getting on.

    Re: Web page not available?

I've tried different browsers. Makes no difference. Different ISPs at home and work, tried from multiple PCs, phone (on Telus) and tablet, both through browser and Tapatalk app. The most recent time it stopped responding, I was even in another city.

A trace route gets me to within one hop of the servers, after that it times out. It isn't a problem on my end, more likely a filtering problem with the hosting, block of IPs being filtered, etc. Like I said, I've just grown accustomed to it, so no big deal.

Hiking is'ent about waiting for the storm to pass its about learning to hike in the rain.
