Should I have heard something by now?

Made an error in posting this. I'd be thankful if a mod could remove it entirely.

Can't comment on whether you should or shouldn't have heard anything yet, but you could always fire either stormcrow or thorwren a pm, they are both active members here.

Edit: optimator beat me to it.

Shoot them an email or PM. That's what I would have done instead of starting a thread in their section asking what to do...... The results would have been the same.

EDIT: I deleted this post, but then couldn't figure out why

Guess my goal was to inquire as to the norm without pestering them.

Their wait time has come down substantially this year as they got better help and more organized. You won't be disappointed once it is there. Their craftsmanship is awesome.

Just wanted to update this and it should have been done weeks ago. My apologies. I also wanted to get it out in the field before I said much about it.

Anyways, my TQ/UQ order from time to order to arrival was pretty insanely quick. Think it was roughly 2 1/2 weeks to my door. Outfreakingstanding.

Being new to down (entirely) I was worried at first that it didn't 'look' like it had lofted up much. Even after several hours. Looks are truly deceiving. I tossed it on the couch and pulled the TQ over me and was completely shocked at how much it actually fluffs up vs how it looks just sitting there.

Then...things got weird. As I was laying there, that material plus the softness of the down blew me away. And I couldn't quit rubbing it, lol. After a few seconds I realized, 'This has gone on a bit too long here Creepy. Back away from the quilt.' Luckily it was so **** warm under the thing anyway I had to throw it back off me.

Fit & finish are outstanding. And once I got it out into the field (did my first solo overnighter in Rum River State Forest here in MN) the comfort factor was off the charts.

Thanks to you folks at HG, I'm beyond thrilled.

I can verify quick turnaround time. I ordered my 20 deg. Burrow on 8/29 and received it 9/9. That includes the Labor Day holiday! Very happy with hammock gear!
