If I order my own strapping material, How long would you all reccomend, including waste. I go to the GSMNP so big trees might be in the future. Thanks

I think the camo polyester webbing from owfinc is pretty popular, as well as the polyester seatbelt webbing from strapworks.

I was thinking of the seat belt 1 1/2' but I'd like to see the camo you mentioned. What is there web site name? I couldn't find them. Thanks

If using HH wrap or Speer 4 wrap 12 feet is pretty standard.... using cinch buckles or JRB Tri-glides.... the equivelent is 10 feet each end.

GrizzlyAdams has a few pictures with the camo webbing in his gallery if you want to get an idea what it looks like. Here is one.

Dancer and I both use 12' of black 1" polyester webbing on each end from StrapWorks. Works for us.
