    Boot tarp or boot bag..

I was looking at my remnants collection and decided that I needed something to put under the hammock to keep my shoes/boots/sock feet off the ground.
I had a part of an old Eureka tent fly that looked like it would do.
Hemmed a disk and sewed paracord around the edge, with loops.

The cord helps to weight down the edge to keep it from flopping over in the breeze, when used as a ground tarp, and the loops allow clipping up to a biner to make a sack for boots, etc.

For the weight-conscious, wt=3 oz. Using silnylon and Zing-it would halve the weight, I'd guess.

Not a bad idea. Can be hung off the suspension line. Would also make a good sit pad or as a bucket for water. Good idea!
I got in a fight one time with a really big guy, and he said, "I'm going to mop the floor with your face." I said, "You'll be sorry." He said, "Oh, yeah? Why?" I said, "Well, you won't be able to get into the corners very well."

I like to use the glad 2.5 gal ziplock pages to put my
Boots in. They also make nice ul pillows
