    OUTSTANDING Customer Service

    At the Oregon Summer Hang I was the lucky winner of a Gift certificate from UGQ.
    I made contact with Paul as soon as they got back from being on the trail and ordered my Top quilt.
    Paul and Missy were fantastic with their communication and walking me through the process.
    BUT WAIT.. THERE'S MORE...
    I shot them an email after receiving and email stating that my quilt was being made. I asked what the ETA might be as I was getting ready to head out... it was no big deal if I got it.. I was just wondering.
    The next day... I got an email saying that I would get it before my second trip.. but it was just being made and with shipping time would not make it before my next trip. That was ok in my book...
    Then.. I got an email saying that Paul and Missy were not going to wait for the Post office to come pick it up.. they drove it to the post office and sent it express!!
    I head out on the PCT tomorrow.. that's the first of the two trips I talked about.. yes the first trip!!! and in my pack.. a brand new UGQ Top quilt!
    OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! You got a friend and customer here!

    Paul and Missy wrote the book on customer service. No question I've asked has been too trivial. Paul's even emailed me when they were away so that I didn't feel like I was forgotten. They've also rushed things to get me gear in time for trips. Paul even sent me the parts to upgrade my UQ suspension and emailed me detailed pics. I've never had an experience with them that was less than stellar.

    Both of them literally define customer service. They were very patient with my endless questions and make you a part of the process. On my tarp I just ordered he had me send the poles to him so he could check he fit for me!
