    Iowa Hang>Yellow River State Forest>November 15-17

So from the last thread it looked like the best date for the majority was November 15th-17th. So we're going to make that the official dates and because no one suggested anything else, and everyone seemed to like it, the Yellow River State Forest will be the location.

So from here let's get a plan going of where to camp each night, who is going, etc...

I'm bound and determined to reschedule my work weekend. Me and my buddy, Dale, will be there on Fri unless it comes down to losing my job. I might try to get Dale to do Thursday too.

I thought that Camp John Schultz was great last year. Heck, I could stay there all weekend and be happy.

John Schultz was good. I also liked Brown's Hollow from two years ago.... actually that site is like a group hang dream site with all the perfectly spaced trees.

The spring is running nicely at Brown's so I think it would be a great spot.

Trash can turkey, eh? Did a bing search on it. sounds like a durn fine Idea! Count me in. I have a "spare" NX150 with 3 season incubator UQ and vertex tarp for someone to borrow, also 2 1/2 lbs of Buffalo burger to contribute. Maybe some sweet spuds to bake while the bird is hatching. Just say where at yrsf to go.

Myself, Hangin' Yankees Brother and Headrush are thinking we will probably be able to do this.

We didn't get over to Brown's Hollow last year. Sounds interesting.

I'm still working on getting that Sat. off at work. I'm so looking forward to that weekend and seeing everyone we met last year and all of the new faces.

Hangin'Yankee, me and Dale left the park last year talking about how great a kid Headrush is. Tell your brother that I want to know what's on his menu. I need some new ideas.
