On the contrary, beds are for the extreme.
I hate our bed. It's great for her but misery for me. I end up on the couch or out back in the hammock half of the week.

I'm looking for a way to go 100% but, need to keep the peace also.
Enjoy and have fun with your family, before they have fun without you

Ouch! Last time I slept in the recliner I was in the doghouse! Lol. I feel for you... not my choice of sleeping arrangements. :'(

    Red face Mixing it up.

I seem to be mixing it up at the moment, maybe up to one third hammock downstairs. I'm hanging off my stairway and an ancient British door with a cast iron spike through it, however. Figure one day my leap into the hammock is going to result in some critical failure like the Tay Bridge Disaster: spang! = wake up on the floor. For those concerned about the maintenence of marital relations, I believe there are hammocks manufactured for couples?

Been sleeping in my hammock full time for about 3 years. Doing so eliminates my back pain and I get a deep restorative sleep. My wife sleeps much better as a result of having the bed to herself. For all those guys saying it would be bad for your marriage, it may actually help make it better.
