I really looking forward to attending again this year barring unforeseen circumstances!

Well don't count me out, I'll be there if Chigger will take me, and who knows, we might take the right road first try this time.

Cool. I was hiking in that area today around Hwy 98 to Boyce Mill Rd and beyond. Have a few more Falls Lake sections in that area to finish. Count me in.

Tagging for latter. Not sure if we can make it, but we'll see. That is going to be a busy time of year and I'll have used up quite a few kitchen passes.

I was planning on going to a camping/kayaking trip to Land Between The Lakes Thanksgiving weekend but cannot go because of health reasons. I have been bummed about not getting to go but seeing this thread has helped my disappointment. Hammocks, BBQ and kayaking are 3 of my most favorite things in life. I was wondering if there are many people that will be going on this trip that plan to paddle. I would like to get some paddling in. If so, does anyone plan to kayak camp or just paddle from a dump camp site?

People from Mur Vll aren't allowed to be sick - feel better!

A few of us brought our yaks last year and took an afternoon paddle up the lake led by none other than FireInMyBones himself. It is about 50 yds down the hill from the hang site to the water. I suspect that if we paddle this time it will be the same sort of thing. Stay tuned!

I wanted to attend the Land Between the Lakes trip myself, but since Thanksgiving falls at the end of the month I have inventory. I plan on bringing my Kayak (maybe two). To answer your question YES.
