If I make a UQ out of Primaloft or Climashield will stuffing it over and over again in a stuff sack damage it??

Short answer yes... but if you look after it, (store it uncompressed and wash it properly) then it should last a good few years.
Hopefully someone with more knowledge/experience than me will chime in.

eventually, but you'll get plenty of use out of it before that happens. Washing it helps restoring the loft. Also depends on how you stuff it, it may clump on you

Stuffing it is not a good idea. Both synthetics don't like to be stuffed.

You'll get longer and better insulative value by folding or better yet rolling it. If you compress it, make sure it's with the roll and not against the roll.
Enjoy and have fun with your family, before they have fun without you
