There are times that the only way you can do something is alone that waiting on the convenience of others means that a lot of opportunities will pass you by

True, but after 10 minutes you'll understand how and why you need to undo, redo, undo, redo. At that point, it's just tweaking. Hell, I'm two+ years into this and still have one hammock or another set-up in my basement 'tweaking' at least once or twice a week. Course, I have issues.

You are luckier than me, I definitely need either a leg pad or preferably the stuff sack. I think that has been way more of a problem for me than most for some reason. But, I need it in ALL gathered end hammocks, so nothing against the BB.

That's why I use mini hitchcrafts with mine.

with ringbuckles (adj web susp) it should only take a couple mins. ihowever if you get in, get out, re-adjust, repeat etc, this can take longer. but with a little practice you should be able to get it hung correctly without getting in to test and then getting out to re-adjust. but to do this you need to be able to eyeball the:

height of the hammock off the ground

    angle of the suspension lines

    correct position left/right

neither of these are hard to do on the first try with a little practice and a few steps back.

Ha! Found em. Didn't notice them in the packing list outside the box.

Thanks for all the help. Hopefully I'll find some free time to play with this in the near future. I'm sure I'll figure it out. Gonna have to buy me some cord though.
