My picture won't load on my profile.

I have used the instructions to load a picture file below 100x100 from my computer and constantly get an error message saving it won't load. I have tried several times without success. I need help here and have a great knowledge of my MacBook Air. Jay Collins 425 241-8008

Usually it's due to file size or dimensions. Can you two try attaching your photos to this thread? That might give me a better idea of what's going awry.
