Monongahela National Forest - Gauley Ranger District

Anyone done the trails in the Monongahela National Forest - Gauley Ranger District? We are thinking of taking a scout troop over for a 50 mile loop this summer. Anyone "been there and done that?"

If so, and you have gps coordinates, I would love to see them!!

    Any feedback appreciated!

I've not done any backpacking in that area so I can't be immensely helpful but since no one else seems to have either I'll offer up this link in case you may find it useful. The West Virginia Highlands Conservancy has a map archive containing Topos with trails for several areas. They have a set for the Cranberry Wilderness Area which is in the region your wanting.
