    Whoopie Slings?

Is there a way to add the bead in the loop after the sling is made?

Small zip tie. Or I have taken the cut offs from the splicing and put them under/inside at where I want the adjustment to stop. The extra material prevents it from being drawn into the splice.

The only thing I can think of is a "knock point" for archery. If you haven't seen one its a little metal bead with a split in to wrap around a bow string then its crimped in place. I don't know what it would do to rope strength, and if the rope was very thick in diameter the knock point wouldn't wrap all the way around.

A split ring, such as what many folks put their keys on.

I just take the inner strands out of paracord and melt the ends together to make a circle.
