So my tablecloth came in the mail today, along with some whoopie slings plus extra amsteel, and I made my first homemade hammock. I love it!!!

Nice! It was fun to build wasn't it? I just made one for myself. Saw you used a zip tie in the channel. I pulled some rope through mine and whipped it like warbonnet does. I made loops and using ghd hammock on a Iowa stand. Couldn't believe how comfortable it is! Have fun with yours!

Sweet hammock, now that you know how to make hammocks, you'll probably have like 10 in a few months! That's what happened to me anyway. I have yet to try the tablecloth.

Already have more tablecloths coming in the mail, along with 200 or so feet of amsteel blue 7/64ths. I have a feeling that I'll have a collection not to far from now.......

Hey looks good! CountryRoads is probably right, after i made my first i kept making them. i made a few of the same style, then started branching out. I have a tablecloth that i purchased. glad to know that you like it, that's encouraging for my project!

Sweet! I just made one with 1.5 ripstop. Was thinking about the tablecloth but wanted it a bit longer. Nice work. Have fun with it!
