Hey ricegravy, did you seam seal your Kelty Noah's 9? I couldn't tell if it came seam sealed or not. If so, what did you use?

    Birkin,
The Noah 9 doesn't belong to me. It belongs to a friend of mine. So I'm not sure if it is or not. I only had a chance to look at it that one time. The Claytor diamond is my tarp.

    Sir Rice, the idle.

Just got my Kelty Noah 9 from Sunnysports for $50 shipped (great deal). I was thinking of going with a macat, or something else of that caliber, but I don't get out as much as I like, and couldn't justify the cost.

Definitely going to cover more then the stock hennessy tarp. A little on the heavy side, but specs say it isn't too much heavier then the stock tarp, so the coverage to price ratio should be pretty good.

Last time we went backpacking we were stuck under the hennessy stock tarp in a downpour after dinner one night for a couple of hours. Not a roomy situation so the Kelty will be nice the next time that happens.

I will report back after I test it out, but not sure when that will be.
