    Dutchware Whoopie Hooks

Mark rvp, that was a really good idea having a hook up by the tree straps so you can do without whoopies in close tree situations. Great idea!

There are so many ways to add and configure parts and ropes that it would be impossible to actually list them and sell on the site. That is why we sell most everything as pieces as well as complete packages. With the complete packages being the configuration that has been the most popular requests. However that being said we always have free custom spicing and configuration to suit whatever anybody would want to try. Same goes with colors of amsteel or dnyaglide. You do not have to order a complete whoopie sling package and get just black. A message on the order or an email before you order to [email protected] will get you the answers and product color and configuration you would like. I think I will post a poll on the size of the fixed eye on the whoopie sling though. We have gone with "a bit bigger than a thumb" because in most cases it is either used to larks head around webbing or more rope and that is plenty big enough. However again if you would like a set of slings or loops that you order from us to be a different size or color than what we have listed in the "store" then just send an email before the order and we will work with you. Since size and color do not require any difference in the work involved those adjustments are always done free of charge. The only time we have to adjust pricing is if a substantial difference in the amount of material is involved.

Would the whoopie hook work spliced to a continuous loop and larks headed to the hammock instead of on the sling? So basically, attached to the hammock?

Yes it would work exactly the same, no issues at all doing that. I have spliced many hooks onto loops for custom orders.
