Who cares about showers, gourmet food, using flush toilets. Just keep on walking and being away from it all.
There are times that the only way you can do something is to do it alone.
Nothing like a cold wet-wipe on the derrière))))))
We seem to share a lot of the same gear..........camera, ultra-pod, pot, hiking poles. Good taste for sure.
One ounce a day of fuel....for dinner only? Cold brekkie? No coffee?

Great gear video. I will be doing the same trek next year and wanted to see what you carried. Thank you for all of the suggestions for what you use. I will be checking out that pack it looks small enough, but able to carry everything necessary.
I haven't been stung since I was 6 and should be ok without the pen. Good question.
I got my gear they way it is by learning from others too. Thanks for watching.
My cousin rocked the pink. thanks for tuning in.

A lot of my gear is from taking things I've read/watched and seeing what works for me. You, Skurka, skygzr to name a few. I don't drink coffee and eat my breakfast after I've broken down camp and started hiking. But, my gear and food is for sure different when I'm not trying to crank out miles.
Thanks man. Fire skills help out a lot too.
If you need help with the food drops and stuff let me know and I will be happy to help.

Geat video, man! Very helpful as I continue to shed weight...in pack and body! You folks are a real blessing with what you share with everyone! I didn't see any of Tala's equipment in your GearGram list...would like to know more about that. Also...was that the Jam 50? Anyway...many thanks for sharing the video and info! Great stuff!

great info... thanks for sharing
I'll include links to all her gear tonight. If you have any questions inparticular than let me know.
I'll find you a link to the jam too.
Are you asking how low in temperature? If so, I've hit 21f with this gear and wasn't even wearing all my clothes. I bet I could do about 15f if I wore everything. Lower if I let tala sleep in the hammock.
