    i is ecstatic

Well, maybe that's going a little too far.

I happened to bounce into a thread where a fella was looking for an UQ for a Warbonnet where Brandon stated he had a few prototype yetis for sale. I had to jump. The price was right and I had the fundage.

    Payment has been sent.

I can't wait to get it.

I'll take pictures with my new digital camera as soon as both are in.

PS. I got a No Sniveller from the Jack's on the cheap as well. I can finally ditch my 5lb sleeping bag.

I see you seem to be gettin all sorts of good gear! Bout time for another hang out so you can give it all a try (maybe not the underquilts for a while though). Who's up for another swamp trip, no wait, we need to head out to an island on the lake!
Relax, monsters under the hammock are easily distracted by twister-playing squirrels.

So will it be roast chicken wraps with ranch, yellow mustard, sliced grapes and walnuts or the pepperoni and black olive rolls cooked over the fire?

I hope so, sir. The 3/4 Quilt I bet I can use even in the warmer months. The top quilt may end up being bunched around the feets though, but I'd probably carry it along anyway to see how I like it.

I've been trying to convince Sir Gravy of this. He's not sure when, but I think he does want to go. I just need a date and time. I'd love to do a couple swamp trips during the cooler months when they return. I'm saving my vacation time for either the hot springs hang (in september?) or a trip to the foothills to do a section.

Glad you got the new toys (including the camera). Hope you bring then to Hot Springs next month. I hope to have my new BB by then.

I don't know if I'll be making hot springs in June. That's a 6 hour drive for me. Not really that far, I suppose, but I don't really trust my old beater in the hills or mountains, so I rode with others last trip. If they're going, I'll consider it. If not, I'm going to wait until september.

I'm doing a 7 hour drive, but I'm trying to drum up some company for this trip. I-40 is a boring stretch of road with no one to talk to.

    you live in wilmington, nc?

I think that's about an hour and a half from where I work. Send me a PM with details of when you plan to leave, etc. I might be able to do it without using vacation time.

You young fellers might need some older, more mature chapperoning. If you've got the island,I've got the boat.
