Wrap it around any ole stick lying around to save your hands.

True, but when I'm dealing with sub 2mm line, I've cut sticks in half with 8 days of food (~15lbs). The Marlin Spike Hitch works well, but I've switched to a bear can so I can try for the JMT.

I'm camping with you. Cool colored lines & there has got to be a steak or two in that 15lbs of food.

I have been holding out on buying this line (saw it on Stick's blog as well), I look forward to your review. So far I have been pretty satisfied with my LiteTrail G line.

What is your intend method of adjustment on your tarp with this line? Prussic? sliding hitch knot of some sort?

I too am looking forward to my review. Apparently, I was the first one to order off the new webstore. Cool.

I will be using a modified tarp tensioner set up, both the loop of bungee and the guyline are larksheaded to each other for quick removal/trade off to a prussik.

I'll do a video review and then introduce my new way of suspending my hammock... if my new product is back from the CNC lathe by then.

I just received confirmation from the seller, 1.1mm is the finished diameter!

Nice, good score FIMB! May need to get some of that for rigging the cuben tarp! I would imagine that the 1.5mm would be better for the ridgeline tieouts and the 1.1 mm for the guylines?

    Cheers
