You scared me there. Brandon may not appreciate the humor here... Some people skim threads and miss out on the nuances. If I were him I don't know that I'd appreciate this anyway. Just a thought.

I had the same thought. I know it's unfortunate, but a lot of people may just see the thread title on the forums or in a google search.

Perhaps you could utilize a lucid dream guide to help you find your pack. I'm not sure if REI's return policy will cover polar bear digestion damage, but it's worth a try.

You may want to put a disclaimer at the first post just as not to cause any "issues"

Nice story, so happy it was not a true event.

I'm not Brandon, so I can't speak for him, but I was just saying that having a 'joke' post about my products failing like this would not be funny to me... Conversely as a happy user of the products I wouldn't feel comfortable making this post. That's all I was saying, take that as you may.

Also the title doesn't change in the forum listings after an edit, it only changes in the thread...

People that do not take the time to read, listen, discover, are forever, not getting what is happening around them. I think it is just a fact of life. I bet most of us read enough of this post, to wake up. I have a relative that hears three words, normally the first three words, makes a decision, and acts on it. He is always making very poor decisions. If he took a couple of seconds and learned what the other words being said communicated, he would be able to make appropriate decisions.

Some Hanger could find their self in that situation, for me that is something I consider. I check my gear, pay attention to where I hang. I am a bit fearful of my hammock getting a tear, and dumping me on the ground, which I think would finish off my back.

Well that's not good that it does not change after the edit.

    Thanks for your Opinion Oldragfreeze.

MODS - Remove this thread in its entirety I do no want anyone uncomfortable with what I posted. I am concerned with the feelings of others and now feel this is just upsetting people. I will PM a MOD as well. Thanks.
