    That can be done!
I also need to know if I should bring some extra skiis.
I think it was someone who wanted skiis but I don´t remember who it was.....

    That might have been me!

Dont have Skiis/pulk, and im not sure on what kind of kitchen equipment
im going to bring with, feeling a strong need to upgrade from my current
    setup which is kinda bulky.

    #EDIT

I´ll go for the alcohol kind, a mini trangia or something should suffice for me.
im guessing that i can buy fuel for that when we go shopping for food ect.

The weather forecast for next sunday in Porjus (close to Muddus) is -36C.

    http://www.klart.se/väder-porjus.html

Now it´s time to check that your wintergear is OK.

    What is 2700hrs?

Nice northern light though, we can only hope for something like that!

You know this, but i am gonna say it anyway:
Alcohol suck's if it's really cold, but on the other hand i am pretty sure there
will always be fire to cook on.

So do you wanna lend the pulk ?
But it is just the pulk, no belt, no poles !
And you have to take it on the flight.
But you can use the widest webbing belt you got with rope as pullies.
Rope worked great on my Alpacka last year.

God ****, i would love to test in at least -20 C once, before the hang.
    *EDIT*
I watched that weather link and it said -19C around here next thusday
But those forecast never comes through
    SMHI says -9C

    2700hrs must be like 3 hours after 2400hrs, so it's 0300
    Simple !

I thought the Northern Light was assured ?

    Common Guys !

It's only 30 Days left and no one finds time to post

    Is it really so that:
    • No one is even thinking about the trip ?
    • No one is doing preperations ?

    Really fun crew this

I´m too busy thinking and preping for the trip!

What will you guys bring to eat for breakfast?
I usually eat eggs and bacon for breakfast but eggs doesn´t work well in freezing temps.
I don´t like porridge well either.
Maybe it will just be sandwiches and coffee in the morning?
    Plus bacon of course.......

hehe, thinking about it constantly! Trying to work out all
details on what to bring with and what not to bring with to the
northern wilderness! Also, would be very nice with a test-hang
before diving into the serious business! But that does not look
so good at the moment... hate this weather were having!

I think i only have 2 weekends available for some testing and
one of them is this weekend. And i doubt the cold weather
will arrive this week so yeah, what to do!?

Concerning the Skiis/pulk, I thought Bieoggelmai had both
extra skiis and pulk that i could borrow from him if i remember
    correctly?

Concerning the alcohol stove, I havent noticed any problems
with alcohol stoves in the past in cold weather. What´s your
thoughts? hard to get started or something else?
