Then come on up and visit us. It would be nice to have some of the SC hangers join us. We will have Hotlips doing her DO magic and CoryR the master of DO cobblers. Several others of us will also have our DO's but we are not in their league.I'm tempted...

Just put our names on the list. Will have our 'bear fortune cookie', and some gear for the group meals. Looking forward to hanging out (pun intended) with the experienced folk, and learning more about hammocks. Sure, I can find lots of stuff on the internet, but it's always best to learn from those who have already learned, and to have fun while doing it!

Welcome to the madness and the dark side of camping. We may be able to come with some extra hammocks and gear for you to try out. I always recommend that folks new to hammocks attend a group hang as one can learn so much from being able to see the various types of hammocks and related gear in action and ask the user why did they choose the gear they are using.
