The down is calling me! What are the dimensions of the container for the down? Am I safe assuming it is sealed tight?

The bag is about 3' 8" long and 1' 4" wide, and it is the static-free bag provided by Wilderness Logics. I carefully opened the top of the bag and used some of the down to stuff a DIY top quilt shell. I wasn't completely happy with the way my quilt turned out, so I am returning the down into its original bag. The top of the bag will be re-sealed tightly.
