Interested to see how you like this kit. I have a diy hammock set-up very similar to this.

That WW Micro looks like a good or ultralight traveling for sure. I've read good things about the BIAS guys. I'm waiting on a Weight Weenie. I have a Grand Trunk Nano 7 but the WW is 11 feet so I'm interested to compare the two. Be interested to hear feedback from you.

You're gonna be really really happy with your choices Neo.

I'm lovin' my WW. Suspension package is great too, as you know. I'll be in line for one of the bug nets myself.

BIAS fits a great niche. Low cost, Lightweight, Seriously great quality gear, fast shipping, unmatched customer service. They got the whole package going there.

Keep up the fine work guys!

Do I have to buy a Toxaway to cover this baby or are you guys gonna eventually turn your hand at the tarp biz. I'd probably make do and wait, if that's anywhere in the future.

I've already got a BIAS double-layer and love it - the most comfortable hammock I've slept in. I'm very tempted to get a Weight Weenie Micro but I like the versatility of a double layer - no way I'm buying the kids their own underquilts till they start gettiing out more than three times a year. So the double-layer means they can use pads without worrying much about slippage or wrestling around to get the pad underneath them.

I've also got a Buginator net. It's pretty light at 8.8 oz - I'm not so obsessed with weight that I would remove cord locks and just tie the shock cord to close the openings.

Though some folks are clamoring for Buttinasling to get some nanoseeum to drop the weight, I'm a little concerned about durability. Bugnet material is inherently flimsy - what's the durability tradeoff to achieve a .2 oz/yd weight reduction switching from noseeum to nanoseeum? All I know is, I don't want to sleep with mosquitoes!

Neo, good to hear from you, Pal. Mule
