August Oregon Hang

I will head up Friday afternoon make the hang, and head to Vancover BC to get a stamp on my passport after the hang sooooo excited!!!!!!

dang. i'm out.

got friends coming in from ohio/california saturday.

i'll be with you in spirit, hmmked up in my backyard- gladly donating my "bed" to them for their stay.

i hope to squeeze in some group time before it gets real wet.
otherwise...i'll hang all year for those interested in low level elevations.

I have a friend coming in from the east coast and he want to go backpacking while out here for 3-4 days.
Trying to decide between the Gorge loop, Timberline Trail or Northern loops trail...

only 9 days..
I'm gone till Sunday this week..
But would be nice to get an idea of who might come out and Hang.

As much as I want to make this hang, I might not be able to.

I'm trying to get a sprained ankle to heal up, but it doesn't want to cooperate.

Not sure if I can handle the hike it unless the ankle starts to feel better.

I'll let everyone know as we get closer.

I'm officially out of this one too. (insert expletives here). We are slammed at the shop and I'll be pulling weekends for a while. Hey, at least with the extra taxes I'll be paying, the people that rely on my taxes will be well taken care of. My last paycheck's deductions exceeded $1400.00. That's a LOT of hammocks! And the UQ and TQ I wanted....and the WBBB.... Sorry to miss it. I have met some **** nice people from here. I just hope I can meet many more when the rush calms down. Y'all have fun!
