I am not as handy as vwgerald is, so I bought one from Jacks'r'Better. It's the same design, by JustJeff.

What do you guys think of the Molly Mac Gear Box ?
Just got one a couple of weeks ago. Very happy w/the quality and what I've seen so far w/just testing in the back yard. Looking forward to using it on the trail and I think it will become something I would not want to leave at home. I really like the idea of not having to do anything different when it starts raining.
Falkniven, where did you get yours?

The MMGP is great. Sometimes I just stuff my entire sleep system (already assembled) into it. Makes deploying much faster. The unique feature of the Molly Mac Gear Box is that it has an integrated top-flap for weather protection. That means the MMGB can be hung outside of your tarp - no problems!
Also, a small hammock, like the one by TrekLite, makes a good gear sling - with the added advantage of being useful for a camp chair on occasion.

Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees.
The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy,
while cares will drop away from you like the leaves of Autumn." — John Muir
I just toss mine up in the Lazy Slug Tube. Plenty of room up there and accessible in-hammock if I want it to be (or not if not).
