Anyone who is just seeing a blank white page visit http://www.whatismyip.com from the device that isn't working and PM me your IP address. I'll check it against the firewall rules and remove it if found.

Thanks for the replies guys. I DID reboot the router and that provided the magic smoke to get things going again. Really weird, but it did the trick. Now back to your regular program...

Octo can confirm this (or not), but I think that the router got a new IP address from your ISP when it rebooted, and that got you past the 'forbidden IP addresses' in the HF software.
Not magic...but sometimes I think magic is the easiest explanation for computer issues!

Doesn't the software 'flush' the firewall list periodically? (I'm assuming capable spammers and Denial Of Service attackers switch IP addresses regularly anyway....)

Short answer: yes. Different events trigger different block lengths. Multiple events trigger much longer blocks.
