I put grommets in my blanket's corners and have used it as a makeshift UQ under my porch hammock...I'm hanging from the ceiling on chains, so, no fixed points but can make it all disappear pretty easily..

I think I've been into the high 40's with the jungle blanket under me with air gaps too and felt pretty good. I'm sure better mods can be made to make it a pretty capable UQ..
You don't HAVE TO be crazy to be here - But I assure you it will help.....

Honestly Its the build quality, everything feels like its built down to the cheapest price possible. We get them really cheap in the UK as they were standard issue military gear so lots of them on ebay etc.

The real shame is I grew up in the UK made snugpaks and they were about as good as a synthetic bag gets.

I just received mine. I sold my woobie and got this to replace it. It feels warmer and better than the woobie, I like it. I like the bag it came with it too. I'll be testing it out as soon. But I think it's an improvement from the woobie.
    I'd rather be hanging.

I agree. The quality on mine seems good. A definite step up from the woobie.

My first ever hang (HAMMOCK CAMPING IS AWESOME!!) was in a jungle bag, last week. It was right at 50*. I was in my wool base layer and wool socks. No pad or UQ and was a bit chilly but slept through the night. I was glad that it had a hood.

Nice, glad your enjoying it. I'm keeping mine for hot summer nights or as extra insulation on colder ones...
