If you paid by credit card, you may want to call your credit card company and dispute the charge telling them that you never received the merchandise. That will cause them to charge the seller back and you should get your money back.

Well, after a bit of searching, I found out the name of the guy who owns Military Logistics Mfg, Lester Louis Kaltenecker. He has been arrested for theft in Orange county Florida in 1996, and is currently being sued by a former landlord for back rent in Osceola county Florida, after he was evicted from the property he was using for his paintball business. Not a very respectable person from what I can dig up.
The OP is timinghawaii, who lives in Hawaii. Most likely the SOBs saw his address and figured they could pull a fast one.
