Thanks! We were going to make the trip home in 2 days...stopping overnight at Slowhike's for a short visit. Instead we had a 13 1/2 hour drive in the rain! ZQ

WOW ... that had to be miserable! Glad you made it safely! 13.5 hrs in the rain is about as bad as 22 hours in good weather!

As per our daughter's strong suggestion to leave early....we decided around 9am yesterday morning to start packing. We left at 11am. It was a long drive for Tim. I couldn't help drive, because we were pulling the pop up camper, and I haven't driven, pulling anything yet...and driving in the rain isn't a good place to learn! It was a long day!

Hiking is'ent about waiting for the storm to pass its about learning to hike in the rain.

I think I remember Tim telling me that you won the gift certificate for the UQP? If so, just send us a PM with your color and fabric, and we will put you on the schedule. Thanks!

I surly do hate to have missed your visit but I'm really glad you decided to take the quick route home pulling the pop-up camper. Smart decision.
Prayers for you & all the others in this storms path.
Even here in central NC we have a lot of wind & bands of rain (Mon night). Take care friends & fill us in when you can.

I was wondering about how long it takes(turn around time) for a zipper mod on my HH explorer UL. also I was wondering if u guys would have to undo my suspension to complete the mod process?

The turn around time is 2-3 weeks, not counting the shipping days both ways. We do not undo the suspension to complete the zipper modification. Check out the FAQ page on our website for any other questions you might have. The link to our webpage is below. Thanks! ZQ
