Easier than you think, just googled it. Take 95 south to 78 west. Follow 78 west until the Pine Grove exit. (Which is somewhere between exit 13 and 20, I never remember exactly). Off the exit turn right. You'll just follow the road, first farmland, then it turns very wooded and very uphill. Near the top you'll see a parking lot on your right. At the end you come to first there is an AT sign. Park at the other end. There a blue blazed trail that takes you to the shelter. At the shelter turn left and we camp about a hundred feet up the AT.
Two things on your way. I think it's exit 40 there is a smoked meat place, well worth stopping. Exit 29 is Cabela's if you need a last minute item.
Is this more car camping than a hike? How far from parking lot to shelter?
