    Where: Line-lok and Zing-it?

    Hi.

I try to find someplace to buy Line-lok (the one for tent and tarp tensionning) and Zing-it or similar rope. Lawson doesn't have Line-lok in stock right now.

    Thanks!

Amazon has zing it... Might look for line lockers as well...
Live, Laugh, Love, if that doesn't work. Load, Aim and Fire, repeat as necessary...

Those micros locs at zpacks are really cool, a couple of the guys I camp with use them with the small 1.2mm zline and they really seem to like them. I've been meaning to try them but have been doing the zing-it prusik thing for most stuff. All good products.

FYI: If you want to know what type a certain bear is, sneak up behind it and kick it. Then,
run like crazy and climb up a tree. If the bear climbs the tree and eats you, it's a black
bear. If the bear just pushes the tree over and eats you, it's a grizzly bear : )

Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me, either, just leave me alone.

The last time I got line locs I got them from the store right here on Hammock forums. And Dutch has line. There ya go!
I like refried beans. That's why I wanna try fried beans, because maybe they're just as good and we're just wasting time. You don't have to fry them again after all.

I asked this in another thread but no one replied so I'm going to ask here as well. I'm going to be making the Winter Tarp from plans in this thread. From researching it looks like the Techline is a good option for tarp ridgelines and tie-outs. I'm thinking of going with a continuous ridgline. Does anyone have a ballpark on how much I should buy? Also, is 1.9mm the better choice because it would be easier to splice?
