    Good to see you too.
    Who is Adam???
I prefer Shug when it comes to all things backpacking and hammocking. Sean is always working and Shug has more fun.

    hello everyone!

Man, I had sooo much fun. You guys (and Thorwren) were right, I surely needed that trip.

I met Shug at around 6pm and it was evident I was not the only one itching for some time in the piney woods. I was tired of driving 14 hours but he inspired me to ride for another 4 hours with the tempting phase...

"I want to wake up in the woods!"

So off we went. We had a blast too. The night hike was fun and I found myself more and more exhilarated the further down the trail we walked. We got down to site 14 and put up our rigs. It took me forever to go to sleep, right Shug?

Anyway, I am hoping to get up there when the weather gets cooler so I can make an excuse to go test some more gear...

Thanks again for walking with me, brother .

It is a long haul but I am going to do my best to get up there....

By The way, I LOVE my wooden spoons. They are going to see some trail time for sure! Thank you so much. You do some amazing work Mr. H. That pack you had at the Symposium was absolutely beautiful.

What more gear I don't know how much room I have left in my house for any more of your quilts . Like Shug said I got my eye on that -15 incubator. How large were the baffles in that thing any ways. With 22 some odd ounces of down you must of made 8-9 inch baffles
Sometimes I like to hike and think, And sometimes I just like to hike.

Hiking is'ent about waiting for the storm to pass its about learning to hike in the rain.

    +1

Book's carved spoons are better than any I've ever seen. He's an accomplished craftsman!

Great video ! Great to see you both. Storm Crow glad to see Shug drag you up to this Nordcountry for much deserved R & R. Just wish you could have stayed longer Shug.
Hope you can make it back for some good MN weather (-15 or -25 ?).

Great to have you both at the WCS and see all the other hangers there.
Mac and Storm Crow where great rep's for the hammock world.

I could see both there gears rolling so think there will be some great winter gear coming from those fellows in the near future ?

PS: Storm Crow, Paul and Snipen thanks for staying and helping load the gooseneck.
It mean't alot to Mors and I.
