Nice job on all the stuff! Just think... a few short months ago, you were wondering how comfy a hammock is!

How many do you have now?

    Yep, I scored another victim...

Great work, Diva! No wonder you needed a break. Speaking of that..............once your break is over could you get those carburetors re-built and that barn raised? Seriously, that is a ton of time and effort you put into those projects--take some time to enjoy them. You deserve it!

Roots are no problem, I've not been around rocks yet, it does much better on the natural ground and not on a side walk, probably because the plastic wheels can grip and roll better on the ground. Just guess there.

Almost a year!! I consider you my teacher and I'm the pupil, also a friend, not the victim at all. You helped us get started big time and I went with it and jumped right in. Who would've thought? I'm grateful for my new friends here and my new passion. Thank you John for everything and "hanging" in there with me!! John supplied my son with darn near everything to start out.

Another special thanks to HWS who also helped us majorly when we first started out!! HWS helped supply me with what I needed to start out.

Were you kidding about the barn...because we do have . Still working on the hammock barn....for real. It's been a 2 year project with my husband and I going out to my parents to work on it and I'm tired of it. All that is left now is adding the surrounding deck, painting the floor, walls and ceiling, and staining the outside. Then my husband will have a workshop downstairs, and my son and I will have a "hang" out spot upstairs. Hammock chairs during the day, hammocks at night.

Bah, I just got rid of some stuff I wasn't going to use... Speaking of that, I'm short on bugnet... I was going to use camo tulle (love the stuff) but since you said No-see-ums were a problem, I'll switch to organza...

Should have big-D's present done in a week or so...

Wow... I love all the diy that you have done that is amazing.

Have you had a chance to test out the table yet? I would love to know how it worked.

    Thank you

Oh yea, I tested the table out right away. Works great. Gives a nice flat area to boil water and/or cook when your on a slope or what have you. Can't use a huge tree, but any tree the size of the cut and smaller works just fine. The bungies that I used are also adjustable for that purpose.
