This looks great. Now its time for me to do some caculating.

Stupid question: I see you do not include suspension. Which I can handle that. But what about stuff sacks?

    Thanks Artjrk!

Sorry to say no stuff sacks yet. They are on the list though. Stay tuned! It shouldn't be too long - first of the year?
I got in a fight one time with a really big guy, and he said, "I'm going to mop the floor with your face." I said, "You'll be sorry." He said, "Oh, yeah? Why?" I said, "Well, you won't be able to get into the corners very well."

Glad you did this. I will start scavenging for down so I can break away from the "just tie the sleeping bag on there" set. I'm really happy about your endeavor, wishing you great success.

Forgot to ask. Any chance of top quilt shells in the future?

Yes - sometime next month - still doing research on it.

It is with deep regret to say I have sold out of all my stock! Good golly! It's only been a few hours!
I just placed an order with Scott at Backwoods Daydreamer for more material. Should be here in a few days if the weather doesn't get any worse.

I wish to thank everyone who has ordered an underquilt and I apologise to those who have to wait for the next batch. If you still want to place an order, I will get the uq's out in the order they come in.

    Thanks for you patience!

    Wow, that's great news.

+1 on these products. I picked up one of the two shells here last week from Lost_Biker and was able to fill it and sew it off over the weekend. Attaching suspension to it today. Quality is great, I came in at about 2/3 of the cost of a quilt from someone like HammockGear and I had fun doing it (once I figured out the best way to deal with the down - that was an interesting experience!).

So glad you like it. Thank you for the review (cookie on the way). Yes, it surprised me greatly to see so many people wanting a shell. Can't wait for the material to get here.

Could you send me a picture of your new underquilt? I would appreciate it. I'll put it on my refrigerator door. Oh, and the website too.
