Lights for Structural Ridge Line

(Sorry if this is the wrong place to post but I figure it counts as "ridgeline"....)

Just FYI....If you've been wanting LED lights for your structural ridgeline but haven't wanted to shell out the +$20 for "official" hammock ones....now is the time to hit up your local hardware stores or Wally World to pick up a string of battery powered (2 AA) Christmas LEDs in just about any color you wish for less than $6

I saw some at Kroger for $3.99...but the Halloween flavor. Also some pumpkins and bats!

I may see what they have in for xmas now.

I found some Fairy Lights at the Dollar Store. Craft Stores also carry the little lights.

I like to light up my hammock and the tree at the head end of my hammock when I make my early morning potty break.

I have some form of vertigo. I am completely unable to function in the dark, my balace does not work. I love the night, the stars and the moon, all is great as long as I am laying down.

Flash light helps a tiny bit, but the Fairy Lights help me stay centered. I turn them off once I am back in my hammock.

I almost put a hole in the drywall getting up one night in my hammock at home! Not dizzy to where I could feel it, just totally off balance, nearly walking sideways.

I think I'm going to get these ones for an upcoming trip. I carry a battery bank and want to power them with that. I also don't want to draw too much power unnecessarily, so I wanted enough length to span the ridgeline with as little extra as possible... 16'.

(tightwad) I saw those wire types as well but I was worried about constantly bending the wire between packing and unpacking the hammock. No issues with that?

I ended up getting these. They're the perfect length and very light. I started at my ridgeline organizer with the USB plug, ran them to the foot end, doubled back to the head end, and then finished up back at the ridgeline organizer.
