Get busy living, or get busy dying.
Cuffs is TechBlazing. Its like Blueblazing except she follows the cell towers
Not to keen on the weather report for the hike. I don't have any sort of rain pants, which could be a problem. Hmmm Decisions Decisions.

Hey Cuffs! Very cool to get your message from the trail. Can't wait to meet you! Stay warm tonight!
WrongTurn, I second the DriDucks pants! I got mine locally at Dicks. Just saw them at my store again this week.

Anyone else looked at the Weather Report for this week. I'm not a big fan of lightning., and it looks like we're looking at thunderstorms all day Tues, Wed, Thurs, and Fri.

Is there a spacific place that HF mambers are going to hang?

WongTurn - I'm leaving straight from work at 6AM on Monday, so PM your phone number to me. Do you have a good rain jacket? Think how your prepared for the weather. Don't think of the weather as an obstacle to get through, but an opportunity and aspect to enjoy!
The rain is a great way to test your gear and skills. We aren't hiking many miles, and all of the creature comforts are at the end of the trail. I've heard a lot of stories about how weather like this really taught people where to improve on technique or gear. I'm bringing my UL rain jacket and I'll probably bring DriDuck Pants.
JD just confirmed my ride! Wooooo-who! Yep, time to test that rain gear. Lows in 50, highs in 70. Gonna be fine. WrongTurn, don't fret too much about rain. Just make sure you have some dry clothes to sleep in and keep your sleeping quilts dry.
