I was talking to Nighthauk about them on Sunday. When two people give the same advice on a DO you know you can't go wrong taking it. The hunt is on looking for one with a flat lid and legs on it. Going to take a trip up to Bass Pro, they may have one. Thanks.

Brown the meat , add the onion and pepper and cook tender, add the hash browns and heat them through. Add the scrambled eggs but do not stir into mixture. Add the lid and cook until the eggs a set. You may want to rotate the pan and lid for even cooking. When the eggs are set sprinkle on the cheese and let melt. What I do then is remove from the heat for 10 min before serving. When cooking put 8 coils on the bottom and 16 on the lid. You can make this in the oven as well. I think if you cook it at 350 degrees it should be fine. Enjoy!!

Hey, if I can get my wife to go to one of these hangs (not likely though), is it ok if she uses a tent?

It is ok but we most likely relegate her to a dark corner of the camp.Seriously though yes she can come and stay in a tent.
