You should have asked for them when I was over there.

So I have decided for my normal, IE not SUL hammock setup I would like to go back to what I had before, which is basically a quick connect at the strap to whoopie.

At the hammock end, I want to go back to a closed loop, IE amsteel loop to a quick connect that acts as a drip. IE a carabiner or something like that. Before I used a decender rings, but think I would like to try a quick connect of some sort.

What is the best on that end of the whoopie ??

Might want to take a look at one of these:

    23 grams

    http://www.metoliusclimbing.com/fs_mini_carabiner.html
    25 grams

I use them instead of a toggle on the MSHitch as well.

However; I'm looking to replace them with Dutchware... - HYOH

I have a set of the Dutch Biners, I think these are the same ones sold on JRB for suspension. Can someone point me in the direction of a photo showing them in use. Are they for webbing or cord? Can they be used like a clip, with the gate facing in or out?
