A friend of mine that lives a few miles from me just called me asked if I got but the Yukon Outfitters I ordered from Woot.com (the double and the netted single). I got both of my hammocks (Double and netted) about 2 weeks ago but she said she only got the double two weeks ago and was wondering what happened to the netted one she paid for. So I suggested she call the Woot only to see they don't a published telephone number on their website. Some googling and I found a number for them.
I also ordered a refubrished ice cream maker from them it too came in with no issues.
However, in my googling I found reviews that were scarry... like after legitimate orders people's cards were billed for things they didn't order. (seems like maybe they got hacked because most of those type of reviews happened in 2012).
So anyone deal with issues with their Woot.com orders?
Did they handle your issue fairly?
Any Advice for my friend?
