Paul was very responsive in helping me come up with the custom features I needed in a Zeppelin UQ. And when I received it, I found the product is as great as the customer service!
I have a whole spare room full of sleeping bags, quilts, etc., but for some reason, my UGQ Zeppelin is the prettiest. It has a certain look of quality I can't describe, but I enjoy looking at and I'm proud to show it off.

Not just you. Paul is awesome.....and he does awesome work.
I've dealt with other vendors that take several days to reply to simple questions (and I've actually taken my business elsewhere because of that) but never the case with Paul. He's always replied promptly and never made me feel stupid for asking questions (even if they were kinda silly)

He's on top of his emails and calls a lot better than some other vendors.
Both Paul and Missy are extremely friendly and helpful, when they came down to the Florida Hang, we were thinking of making them "official" Southerns because they're so nice!
True that lilricky! I met Paul and Missy at the FF3 Florida hang then again last weekend at the NC Smoked Butt Hang. This time was able to take a close look at some of the UGO gear and marveled at the features. Honorary southerners? Well yup, they would qualify.

Paul's great with the phone too! I called him when I ordered my UQ, and while I didn't get him immediately he called me back in ~20 minutes. He'd already looked up my order and everything. Amazing customer service!
I had the pleasure of meeting Paul in the Black Hills last Summer. I do small business consulting and asked him about his business. I was surprised to hear how committed he is to the best possible quality he can produce being his first consideration. Not profit, quality. Now that's noteworthy, and all too rare these days.
I ordered an underquilt from him and it is flawless. I looked. I've sewn several Frostline kits and have made my own hammocks, so have experience seeing mistakes and flaws. I couldn't spot one in my UQ. I'm almost sorry I got my top quilts elsewhere...
Paul is a wonderful person and an amazing business man, guided by the utmost integrity.
