Just a disclaimer note to any new folks...
Neo is not "normal". He consistantly goes colder with less insulation than most hangers.
That's not to say it can't be done...test temp ratings at home or car camping as to give yourself a safety out if you get too cold.

Like stated in that thread, add enough clothes and you can push down the temp rating of anything...

That ia pretty good results for sure. I typically sleep in my BMW PG 14 oz hooded jacket and 8 oz pants. I have done about 48-52*F with this alone in reasonable comfort, in a HH SS. So it would probably take that Stealth down to about 20-25, if dry and out of the wind.
