I've seen them at Amazon for that price all the time. Lots of colors. Some colors are more expensive,but free shipping.

If you want something easy to adjust, look into the Kammok Python Straps, which don't stretch & are very convenient to set up. Otherwise, contact ArrowHead Equipment & have Paul make up a set of straps (I prefer the double looped ends); however, if you do this, you'll have to teach her how to do a Marlin Spike/toggle on the straps.
